These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Darzi OS (the “App”), provided by Epickod. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the App.
1. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Darzi OS to manage your tailoring business. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for lawful business purposes.
- Only message customers who expect to hear from you; comply with WhatsApp/Meta policies and local marketing laws.
- Don’t use the App to store unlawful content or to harm others.
4. Your data
You own the business data you put into the App. We store and process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for keeping your own backups (the App provides an export feature).
5. Third-party services
Darzi OS relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase and, optionally, the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, and any messaging fees charged by Meta are your responsibility.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Darzi OS reliable and offline-capable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued over time.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Darzi OS is a tool to help you manage your shop; it is not professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You’re responsible for verifying your own financial records.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epickod is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On termination, your licence ends; you can export your data beforehand.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
